Where art thou, Bear900, what hath became of SPW?

Less than a year after they made the big announcement about the advent of the Powers of the SPW, I see their website is down.

Are they regrouping? The SPW (was/is) made up of leading mortgage lenders, title companies, signing services and the National Notary Association. A list of member companies can be found at the Workgroup’s website, but POOF, here today but gone tomorrow?

Did it ever get off the ground? I never did hear about the effectiveness of the SPW, rather I heard very little and now they seem to have extinguished, without a word any where.
