Hi CA NSA's, I am doing a purchase signing for a CA property here in IN. On several documents: Preliminary Change of Ownership Report, Preliminary Report from TC, & Wood Destroying Pests and Organisms Inspection Report all have "READ, APPROVED & ACCEPTED" on them with 2 blank lines beneath the words.
The READ, APPROVED & ACCEPTED wording seems to have been stamped on the documents, rather than typed . My question is who signs this? Is this for the Recorder? Or, is it for the BO or Title people to sign. The SS is in CA, so they won't be in for a few more hours because of time differences.
I used the orange search button, but I could not find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! |
