I actually won my battle with USA-Signing Agent.com!!
Buyers remorse made me want to cancel my newly purchased contract with them. I attempted to contact them, no response. A week later I tried again, only to find their website domain had expired and there was no other means of contact. (They were back online later that day) See Msg #517044.
I called American Express immediately and requested an inquiry. Just today I got the good news that I was being refunded my full amount!! I will be more careful who I do business with in the future.
Praise the Lord!!
