I got a call for a closing from JEFF WATSON. First he tried offering me $65. I told him I get $100. He said he would call me back. Calls back and said he got $90 approved. I took the closing. The next day, I'm sure unintentionally, I got an email between Notary Direct and the title company showing that title was paying them $175 for this closing! It was also going to be listed on the hud. Do they think we are idiots??!! I emailed him, calling him out on it and telling him I was not doing this closing.
I know they need to make money, but getting paid the same as I am for doing all the work and lying and telling me he couldn't get my $100 approved??
