In the past; e-Notary Pro did indeed have issues with payments etc. Now, we are under new management and I am the only coordinator. (unless I am on vacation or ill.) I "receive payment" on invoices in QB's and pay notaries assigned to them right away. However, Some title companies sandbag invoices to pay all at once with one check. This can delay notary payment for months! If I don't receive payment, it doesn't cross my mind to pay the notary.
So, I ask notaries who work for us to contact me 25 days after the closing if they haven't received payment yet. I can pay at that point regardless of my payment status.
