How much do you charge when a person calls and asks you to notarize 1 document?
Person lives less then 2 miles away. Total amount of time less then 30 minutes.
I usually turn these request down because what a notary is only able to charge (less then 5). I have heard numbers between 20-50 dollars?
Thinking of saying yes if this is the case, please don't answer back with it depends on what your state allows, depends on what your times is worth or have them come to your house etc.
I am just looking for a dollar amount, to see if its worth adding to my business
