How would you handle this.....
Posted by WindyCity/IL of IL on 2/27/15 11:37pm Msg #525552
Couple A is refinancing on a property that has 2 non-borrowing title holders Couple B (the wife's brother and his wife). There is clearly a family feud going on, couple A has made it painfully clear they do not want couple B to see any documents that couple B is not required to sign, especially the 1003. Couple A does not want couple B privy to the SSN, income, liabilities, etc. This is a 2 part signing with the documents going directly to couple B for their signatures. Who would you reach out to? This is a sticky position to be in because we are required to protect NPPI. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
