I have received pms and emails from people, and a call just the other day from someone who is owed $500 by Liz Zeek Heug dba The Notary Biz, San Clemente, CA.
Now, not a notary herself, she was able to establish relationships with escrow officers and get a good amount of work for herself, and get notaries to accept assignments, and not pay any one unless they threatened to contact title/escrow.
She lost a few industry connections when notaries did this, EOs just wouldn't tolerate it.
Just curious, how many notaries out there are still owed money by this individual? and not been able to collect since 2013-14? Has any one worked for her this year? Any one getting paid for work this year?
Liz is also the treasurer of the German Shepherd Rescue Foundation in Orange county, God bless her thieving soul, so she's not hard to find. Just need a current address and telephone. |
