I-9 Form. Know I can't notarize but can I...
Posted by lucky/ca of CA on 5/25/15 3:52pm Msg #531469
I was asked by a valid Canadian company (per Google) to be an authorized representative for them to verify their U.S. employee has the correct identification that I will sign off on. I told them as a notary I am not legally able to notarize it and they understand. Is this appropriate or has anyone else done this?
