I got this this message from Title Source today:Your profile has been made inactive because the background check we have on file has expired. Currently, the only acceptable report is through the [XYZ]. I am not comparing myself to Rosa Parks, but I am not going to give XYZ any business whatsoever. It does make me upset because all the loan signings I've done for them were error free, and they still don't care. Why do they give notaries on one vendor choice? Will they still accept background checks from Notary Rotary? I wish more notaries would take a stand and would refuse this ultimatum only to get approved by XYZ.
