Just received a cattle call via email from Sunshine Signing for a "Seller Only Purchase w/edocs" for 3:00 p.m. and the location is well over 2 hours from me. The fee they're paying? $10.

Another example of a SC rated four-star SS that's really 1 or 2 stars at best.
