| I have this Brother 5370 DWT and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer twice and talked to Brother but it is still not right. It does not continuously pull the 8.5 x 11 paper through. The 8.5 x 14 does fine but there is some hesitation in the pulling of the 8.5 x 11. I have changed toner the only thing I have not done is change the drum. Does anyone know what else I can do. This is sort of a new drum and has not reached it's life span yet...but? |
