Got through my first signing today... wheeeeeew

I was so nervous, I prepped and prepped and prepped. It paid off big time! Thank you everyone for you involvement and input on these forums. I read and research a lot before I do anything, and becoming a signing agent was no different. It did take me 2 hours, lol, but I was very diligent and the borrowers I had were extremely kind. I hope they didn't realize that it was my first signing Wink

Anywho, Thanks everyone for your input on everything!
