got a call yesterday morning for a signing tonight. LE is signed and in the docs with a correct date. CD is signed and in the docs with a date of 11/20. First one I have had where all the new TRID docs are signed and in the docs. Spoke to borr and he has cashier's check for funds to close. And, I have docs 24 hours in advance. Be still my heart. Must be a full moon. Doing my happy dance!  |
