Hey, just getting back into the game...cancer, etc.

Just wondering how I should approach getting back into the game (started in 4/7/04). I would really appreciate your thoughts on this subject. Should I individually contact my previous clients or should I just put out a bulk cc type of message that I am 100% ready to get back in the game? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your advice.
