Notorial act without certificate wording
Posted by Nancy Erives of AK on 8/25/16 5:16pm Msg #559151
I just came across a case where I was Notarizing some documents for the purchase of a home. The document to be Notarized had electronic signatures. I made some lines with their names on the bottom and had them sign on the lines. I also included a loose acknowledgement. Was this the right thing to do?
