Have signing scheduled for Monday at 9:00 am. It was supposed to be overnight docs. TC did their part right. UPS started off right. HOWEVER! Package was supposed to deliver to me in Rocklin today by 1:30 pm.
At 2:55 pm, I called UPS and was told system shows it's out for delivery and should deliver by 4:00. I asked 'til what time do drivers work and was told they get off work at 4:00. At 4:07 I call again. This time, I was transferred to another CSR department that handles these incidents. Welllll, it seems package made it as far as W. Sacramento but never made it to the final destination in Rocklin. Nope. Won't be delivering today. It'll deliver Monday (supposedly) just can't guarantee a time - although it should be by 10:30 am.
Called SS's after hours/weekend number and left message. 10 minutes later, I get a call from SS who informs me it just so happens that EO and she are good friends and she had EO's cell number. EO will try to get into office sometime today (after daughter's soccer game) and email me docs or will email them to me 7:00 am Monday. Whew! Borrower will not be bothered with all the behind-the-scene drama!!
