Don't call ABA; they have nothing to do with collections and you don't have to be and attorney. The suggestion to call the Georgia Bar is exactly right. Also, ifGA has some sort of disciplinary agency/dept. for attorneys run by the bar or their Supreme Court, contact them BUT GIVE THE GUY 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU DO THAT; THEN PUSH!
