Notary errors
Posted by Buddy Young of CA on 1/18/17 1:12am Msg #568419
I did get paper copies of my documents and there were 2 copies of the right to cancel, I didn't dig them out and sign and date them. She just said you have two copies in your papers. I always have the signers take their copies of the RTC out and sign and date them. That error was no big deal to me.

The major error was not putting me under oath for the jurats.

I did bring her mistakes to her attention and she took it well. Then I went out side and picked her some navel oranges and meyer lemons off my trees.
