GNW: Attorney who hasn't paid his bill
Posted by docs2go/ca of CA on 2/15/17 3:58pm Msg #570059
I provided service for an attorney at the end of 2016. In my first follow-up call to him, he requested a copy of his Invoice which I emailed him. Since then, he has not paid his bill nor replied to my emails and/or phone calls. This is my first potential "No Pay" in 9 years of providing notary/loan service. Does anyone have suggestions as to my approach with him? Thanks in advance! (Jeannie)
