I'm in my 11th year at this, and have seen my biz drop

to less than half of what it was. I used to average 30+ signings a mo., and now am down to 2-3 week. The biz is going to those who will take lower fees.
As far as Loan Mod's are concerned, I'm not going to hold my breath. We thought there would be a major no. of those years ago & they never happened. The banks decided it wasn't worth there time. I've probably done less than a dozen of those total.
I won't get into the political side of this, but I don't believe one word DT says. LOL
