Did a closing today for Title 365/Greenlight Loans. One copy was 438 pages. Also they are instructing notaries to NOT drop at drop box, but must go to UPS and get a receipt to fax back to them or payment may be docked. Of course, they fee was only $XXX, not nearly enough for the headache. Maybe these companies should print the docs and overnight them to notary. It is really getting to the point of not taking refis and only doing car titles, applications, etc. A ream of paper, toner, 2-3 hours of time is not worth the measly crumbs some of these title/loan companies are paying. Also, I don't understand why they need to put so many instruction pages in these packages. Oh yeah, they are not using their own paper and printer and trying to stuff all of that in a UPS envelope.
