Located in New Port Richey, FL?? If so:

Signing Central (SC) gives them an overall 2-1/2 star rating. There's 3 reviews there for 2017 -- IN & FL gives them 4 stars each and CA gives them 3 stars. Seems latter part of 2016 they received 1 and 2 star ratings from across country. Also appears they're working through SD. Is that from where you were approached??
