| Is a word we never want to hear when asked to notarized a POA. Unfortunately I had to turn one back because it was stated we had to wait for mom to be "coherent". I feel bad for them, but not something I co not want to be the judge of and arriving at the perfect time to catch her on a good moment....any thoughts on this? I feel bad as one of my regular clients, however I would feel worse being pulled into court in the future for mishandling of affairs and asked why I notarized this when they told me ahead of time. |
