You perfectly expressed my thoughts with these comments, which are worth repeating:
"If your company contracted notaries based on knowledge, experience and expertise rather than who will take the lowest fee you would not be running into this problem.
We notaries will not undervalue ourselves and what we bring to the table, not to mention we will not take a loss in our business, to accommodate your company's poor negotiation with title companies and your company's failure to properly vet and choose good, solid, knowledgeable notaries."
