I think so...I tried to fax two packages and they would not send. So I emailed them instead. Did you send a trouble call to NR?
I thought it was on my end, as my satellite dish was going in and out, so I had a technician out here to check the alignment of the signal, and he upgraded the outside wire. I've had it 12 years so plastic was cracking and wires exposed.
I still couldn't send faxes so it sounds like it's a NR thing... |
