Same thing happened with a stamp I ordered from NR. Actually two stamps.

The first one I could not get under control so I started using second one. Same thing, so each time I used, I would stamp about 10 times on another piece of paper. It was fine then, but I had to do this for about 2 months. Just too much ink.

I had a couple of instances where county recorder would not accept, but they have gotten really picky too. It was just a big hassle.
