Yikes! That is bad. I know that flood waters are still rising as the land is draining and needs a place to go. The back of our community has risen as well, I live in the front. Many had u-hauls and left from the 3 buildings back there. They also cut their power as it's really flooding.
Some of my clients ask to scan entire packages back before dropping, just because of delays until the roads and everything is back to normal. My first closing is this Friday, and see what happens by then. Do you know when tolls are going to be enforced again? I have to go about 30 miles on a toll road, and crossing my fingers will still be waived. |
