I would just like to commend Expert Notary Services for their immediate response (within 24 hours) of my notification to them about 3 payments missed over the last 9 months of assignments. I had responded to their latest text assignment offering (yes, by SnapDocs) by selecting the "No, because..." button and stated they had not paid me for services since last December and that their company had been listed as a "Deadbeat" company with the Notary Public community (here at Notary Rotary). They immediately responded via email and phone call and, after checking with accounting, realized they hadn't paid me for those signings. They immediately issued me an online check for the missed payments. In all fairness, they had paid me on time prior to last December for several other assignments. So... the squeaky wheel does get the oil (and yes, I did update Signing Central). |
