A real concern in my mind is getting to the closing and finding that wifi doesn't work, and I haven't printed the package, so it's a re-do.
Another concern is that there is no way to make any changes by lining through, writing the correct information, and initialing. But in the last couple of years that hasn't been necessary very often outside the notarial certificates, and I think this thread is about esignings with wet-signing of the notarized documents, right? |
