purchase transaction....buyers very excited....their realtor was there.....she takes out her cell phone and starts taking photos.....REALLY? Snaps one off of the buyer signing my journal, snaps one off of me....I speak up and say, and what exactly is with all the pictures? She says, "Oh, I'm putting together a digital photo collage of the buyers throughout the purchase process. I do that on all my transactions. Then, I give them a digital remembrance of their home buying experience." Well, you need to delete the one of her signing my journal and of me. No way would I want any of that information in my journal somehow getting onto social media. Or pictures of me. Or of them signing their docs winding up on social media. Went into an explanation of NPPI. Did watch her delete the photos, but, things were a little tense with her after that. Again, REALLY?
