I received a call where a notary backed out of a signing for today...can I do it? $85 for printing two sets of edocs, full faxbacks...I countered with $125, saying I know you don't like to pay very well for the scope of work, but it's like doing two signings, two trips, then drop in FEDEX. Caller said it's not them (Closing Exchange), it's the title company.
