We are first notaries, signing agents is a byproduct of a NP

and there IS state oversight for notaries public - in CA it is the CA Secretary of State.

There is no reason to have to be fingerprinted every 4 years for renewing a notary commission. Too bad XYZ isn't truly an organization FOR the notary public, they are only in it for themselves or they would be fighting this for us.
