When I first started in this business 14 years ago I had a bunch of young children. I learned quickly that you had to be available to keep the phone ringing. To be fair, back then, RE was booming and it was not hard to get your phone to ring.
With my back ground in sales/advertising/marketing, I knew what I needed to do on that end. What really kept my business going was networking with local notaries. That is the #1 thing that has kept my client base loyal. Never having to say no. |
