And this is precisely why one may have to "hustle." I only say NO to the Drama -waiting around ALL DAY for Late docs, unreasonable certification requests ($100k E&O to do maybe 1 refi a month @ $100 WITH printing), last minute requests w/no hint of Eta for docs, Mega e-files, fax backs and so on! Otherwise, Availability is usually not a problem.
I'm worn (not spread too) thin to start again in business. I didn't leave corporate to be tied down even more. "Successful" is relative
