I believe from what this article says is that the buyer will go to a sister title company or their realtor's office directly, they will have a set up and the licensed Title Agent on the other end will run through the program with the buyer, and have that connection with the lender. This will allow direct funding, and the program all set up from there with security features in place and properly vetted. I can't see a remote NSA setting up their webcam and tapping into this system at a buyers home or having the buyer do it on their own directly. Heck, most cannot even get wire instructions right or wire funds, much less expect them to do this. It may be a ways down the road, but I see it squeezing the need for traveling NSA's in this industry. |
