I have had a few shady signers in my time. I had the husband call me before the signing and ask me to please hurry and go thought documents with no explanation, as he had already reviewed the documents. He also asked that I not mention anything about the funds received. On the flip side, ( different signing) I had a wife call me and ask to not explain the documents as her and her husband just want to sign fast, and not to go over the proceeds form. 
You just never know what is going on in someones household. |
