Furthermore, in regards to poster who also wrote that you should be telling borrowers: "You can wire and the safest way to go receiving money and if you get a check it, will be made out in both your names, either way a joint account or a joint check. You are not getting involved, but presenting the real facts, which is what you need to do." Problem is these are not the real facts, Quicken provides options on who should be listed on the check: Both parties or just one. And BTW: kinda uncomfortable to read that Yoli, an active NSA and veteran of this profession and NR, needs guidance on what she "needs to do." Yikes. |
