Has anyone done anything for these folks, nothing in SC Received request from a Michael Basile from this company to handle the docs when they buy /sell an estate. Google says they are located in Nigeria--red flag!! Also they are offering more money then expected--red flag!! Maybe I am just paranoid, have not opened anything on their e-mail. Trust my gut??? TIA
