I've been hearing on radio all week but will read when time permits. One thing that stood out to me was the effect the regs were having on the smaller community banks who don't have the same resources to manage the requirements as the big fellas.
I'm hoping a slight ease will allow for more friendlier & flexible options. On the other hand, one of my F.I.s paid out an unexpected "bonus" to my account last year after a wrist slap by the CFPB. No complaints there (we want our cake...).
