| I did a refinance closing for them on December 4, 2017 (loan to fund on December 8, 2017), nine miles from my home for the agreed upon fee of $175.00. I was told to send an invoice back with my package for prompt payment, which I did, and I received a check on December 12, 2017. My experience with them was awesome! Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the gentleman that contacted me for the closing, but he was very nice, very professional, and very aware that they have had problems in the past. He followed through with everything he promised. I would give them five stars. I hope this helps. |
