A couple weeks ago, there was a fatality involving a UBER driver with two young people as his ride, and a female Belgium international student was thrown from the car at impact and died immediately. Neither were wearing seat belts. The driver had minor injuries. It was two cars, one ran a red light, it was dense foggy that early morning 1:30am.
I'll bet UBER now makes it mandatory that all passengers are belted, driver no longer has a car to drive. Could be a career stopper as an UBER driver.
