| Great new about your husband. I have been doing closings for over 14 years and last year was terrible for me. A combination of people accepting whatever they are offered($45-50 for full closings with e-docs, faxing and travel) and so many good title companies now using apps for assignments and they are snatched up again for very low fees, more mail aways to borrowers have resulted in much less business for me. I will not accept the low fees. So far this year I am off about $2000 per month! Not going to cut it for me. Looking for another path. Now, you may be in a better position because you live in an area where you are basically the only one . I get calls for your area all the time and have referred them to you. Good luck. |
