Scam?

Good morning, has anyone ever heard of Quanda Ellis or Howard Hanna. I received a signing notice from them this am and it just don't look right because they had a gmail account and offered $175.00 for the signing.

The greeting wasn't even address to me personal and looks like a wide spread notice,
