Robert, I think we've all been duped along the way as we break into the business.
After years of watching SC's rating system, which is not perfect, I've come to learn that GOOGLE is GENIUS when it comes to getting a 360 rating from many sources, as well as using the orange search button on this forum. Try these, you'll see what I mean.
I believe a call to the title brings about immediate response, but also as I noted above, a call to the FBI, or the mere suggestion you will contact them was very useful in one notary getting paid 10 years ago.
