I once saw a cartoon in the paper where a heavy set couple were entering a restaurant. The caption to the waiter was, "table for two and seating for three". If you are up in the pounds category, you may need to ask for a bariatric chair, bed, whatever. I know of no airplane seats that fit that category however.
