Cheryl, I've googled them and it seems they've bamboozled more than several people! This is outright fraud and deception they've got going on... obtaining money under false pretenses; making people sign an agreement stating, "NO REFUNDS"; and lying to banks, etc.

I have my attorney sending them a demand letter. I may file a complaint with these organizations. Heck, I may file a police report with my local Sheriff's Department, as well as the Sheriff's Dept. in Pinellas County, FL.

How have they gotten away with this for so long?
