| What a nightmare I just bought! I tried to print some loan packages and the paper jams like crazy. On one of my loans yesterday one package had 145 pages and it jammed 5 times!!! I sent an email with pictures of the paper stuck in the printer and on the back of the printer too. One guy from Printer Pros called me this morning and it did a bunch of tests on the "paper path test" but if the printer is defective there is no software that will make it work properly. I love the quality of the printed pages but it jams every 30 pages, good thing I still have other printers in my office another 4 to be exact, I hate to return things I buy, but this one is going back if does not improve, thank you. |
