I seen my first hybrid e-closing text today via SD

HELOC Hybrid e-signing Digital Federal Credit Union...Equity National Title.

Is this a Pavaso closing? Started out at $50.00 now up to $75.00...still available for a Sat. AM closing
What is entailed on this as far as equipment? Since this is at a credit union, do they supply the computer? Do you need a digital notary stamp?
I didn't take any Pavaso training, but then again, they are not asking for that. What makes one qualified to do hybrid e-closings?
