I made a fuss a bit with the SS, and she was annoyed I wasn't getting it, and I was annoyed she wasn't getting it or at least acknowledge my position and ask me to redo it anyway. Lender is always correct when it comes to this stuff. This is a good account of mine I didn't want to lose it over trying to be right. Sure we can contest and prove a point, but then you won't be asked to close for them again. Not worth it, just take the hit and make them happy, keep the account in good standing. Sh*t happens time to time like any other job, we have to make it right. I just don't want it to happen again, so trying to wrap my head around "signing vs signatures" for next time. I guess there is not "one size fits all" here. |
