Lender is always correct when it comes to this stuff. This is a good account of mine I didn't want to lose it over trying to be right. Sure we can contest and prove a point, but then you won't be asked to close for them again. Not worth it, just take the hit and make them happy, keep the account in good standing. Sh*t happens time to time like any other job, we have to make it right. I just don't want it to happen again, so trying to wrap my head around "signing vs signatures" for next time. I guess there is not "one size fits all" here. |
